This client is an investment firm with several different funds and investment strategies. The objective of this project was to create a marketing deck that introduces the firm and presents each of the funds/strategies to potential investors. The client needed to be able to distribute these materials electronically in PDF format and also print them for in-person meetings.
Design Process
My priorities for this project were to:
1. Present the information in a visually clean and highly readable format.
2. Organize the 30+ pages of content in a way that is easy to navigate, especially in meetings where the client needs to flip through different sections based on the potential investor's interests and the direction of the conversation.
3. Structure the deck so that it would be easy for the client to pull individual sections out for distribution or use in meetings.
4. Ensure the accuracy of all data and language included in the materials.

The project deliverables included:
• The finalized PDF document
• An editable PowerPoint file (this is the easiest file format for the client to pull pages from and edit while preserving formatting)
• Excel files with all charts pre-sized and formatted to facilitate data updates (the client can update graphs by editing the data in Excel and simply copying/pasting it into the PowerPoint file or any document - embedded charts frequently cause issues, so this is the best practice)
